How do I become a stockist?
To become a stockist, please register your interest via our online wholesale enquiry form found on our homepage. Once complete, our team will approve your wholesale information and you will be able to log in and start placing orders.
What is a "pack"?
Our Slick Sticks are sold in packs of 6 which means orders must be placed in multiples of 6 in order to check out successfully. Our Scrunchies are not sold in packs and can be purchased as single units.
What are your minimum order quantities?
To receive your opening discount on The Slick Stick, a minimum order quantity of 4 packs ( containing 6 units each) must be placed. Orders of 4 - 11 packs will qualify for the opening discount.
Orders of 12 or more packs of The Slick Stick will qualify for a deeper secondary discount.
To receive your opening discount on any of our Scrunchie styles, a minimum order quantity of 10 units must be placed. Orders of 10- 40 packs will qualify for the opening discount.
Orders of 41 or more units of our Scrunchie styles will qualify for a deeper secondary discount.
What is your shipping policy?
All orders are shipping using Australia Post with a tracking number provided. You will receive your tracking number via email when your order has been fulfilled.
If you place your order before 12pm (AEST) on a weekday it’ll be dispatched to you on the same day.
Australian Standard Shipping:
We charge a varied fee between $25 -$35 on all domestic standard shipping orders.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with a lead time of 2-7 business days from the date of dispatch*
Australian Express Shipping:
We charge a $10 fee on top of standard shipping fee on all domestic express shipping orders.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with a lead time of 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch*
International Shipping:
We ship Internationally! Please see below estimated lead times:
New Zealand: 9 - 15 Business Days*
United Kingdom: 9 - 25 Business Days*
United States: 15 - 25 Business Days*
International rates are determined by the shipping location and outlined at checkout.
*Please also note there are longer than usual delivery times in the Australia Post delivery network. The above delivery timeframes are an estimate and are used as a guide only.

Duties & Taxes:
Some countries (such as those located in the United Kingdom or the European Union) charge duties or Value Added Tax when goods are imported. Slick Hair Company has no control over these fees and is not responsible for any of these charges. These charges are imposed by and controlled by local governments, border security and/or customs authorities and can be added randomly.
It is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts then your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is still in its original condition, Slick Hair Company will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).
Other Information:
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Australia Post or Slick Hair Company will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Slick Hair Company via our customer care email prior to your order being shipped. We will do our best to action this request prior to your item being shipped but can’t guarantee the change. If you have any questions please email our customer care team at customercare@slickhaircompany.com
Slick Hair Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit unless ‘Route Package Protection’ was added to your order.
If you opted to not be covered by ‘Route Package Protection’ and it was not delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, lost or stolen package, you may wish to have it re-sent for an additional $10 shipping fee for Australian orders and $15 shipping fee for International orders. If you wish to be refunded, we will refund you the amount of your purchase minus the $10/$15 shipping fee to and from your address.
How do I display The Slick Stick for my customers?
The Slick Stick is sold in a pack which you can also double as a point of sale display stand. Slick Hair Company will provide you with a free Display Stand with your first order. If you require more stands, you can order these from our portal.
What marketing support will Slick Hair Company offer?
Slick Hair Company will offer you exclusive access to their digital marketing folder that contains a variety of high resolution images and videos for you to use on your social media channels.
Slick Hair Company can also offer other POS materials that can be used in stores, please contact us to find out whats currently on offer.

How long will a Slick Stick™️ bottle last?
If you use daily, your Slick Stick™️ will last around 4-6 weeks.
Is the Slick Stick™️ cruelty free?
Absolutely! Our furry friends shouldn't be harmed as a result of our beauty regime.
Does the Slick Stick™️ work on all hair types?
The Slick Stick™️ does work on all hair types, however the curlier the hair the more product you'll need to use.
Are your products Vegan?
Yes! All of our products are 100% Vegan.
What does the Slick Stick™️ smell like?
We've formulated the Slick Stick™️ to have a pleasant perfume smell, it smells good enough to eat! (please don't eat it!)

Slick Hair Company is owned by Female Founder Mia Plecic.
Can I use my Slick Stick™️ on my children?
Absolutely! Lot's of customers love using their Slick Stick™️ on their children's hair to help create an easy up do!

Our product is a clear colour so it is suitable for all hair colours.
